8 SQUARE METRES CHANGE THE COURSE OF HISTORY
Eight square metres define a tiny store with a big heart. Two young people brim with passion and creativity. One secret crepe batter recipe is mastered. A tourist eagerly looks at dozens of people waiting in line, aiming at the same thing at the same time. This is a typical image on the island of Kos in the distant 1997, back when our first store under the name “La Creperie” became a daily destination for hundreds of visitors, locals or tourists, no matter their age.
The Crepa-Crepa chain has been active in the field for over twenty years, while its network is expanding rapidly both in Greece and abroad. We are already established in three countries with a total of eight stores and are currently implementing an expansion plan that will eventually result in our brand consisting of thirty stores in seven countries over the next five years.
Our goal is to quickly branch out to developed and developing countries and to build strong relationships with our customers. To achieve our goals and meet the high demand for franchising, we employ a number of different strategies (varying from local market development to master franchise). .
